Software & app

Smart on the floor. Simple for everyone.

Quasi AI® runs onboard every Model C2 and handles the hard part: navigating safely around people. Your team sets up zones and routes right on the robot, sends carts from a phone, and tracks results in a browser.

Quasi AI

Three ways of seeing, one decision.

Quasi AI combines long-range mapping, short-range sensing, and depth perception to plan routes and react instantly to people and obstacles.

Long range

360° LiDAR

  • Builds a live facility map, refreshed every 30 seconds
  • Plans routes around congestion and obstructions
  • Lines up precisely at each delivery point

Short range

Time-of-Flight sensors

  • Infrared sensing around the whole perimeter
  • Brakes and reroutes the instant a hazard appears
  • Adapts automatically to low light

Depth

3D depth camera

  • Tight turns through complex layouts and corners
  • Tracks moving people and objects in real time
  • Sees ahead around corners and through doorways

Waypoints Tap a Waypoint and C2 drives there. Navigation Speed, distance and time on the way, and a big STOP button. Area map The live map with your zones and Waypoints. Map graph Check mapping coverage: the path driven, loop closures and AprilTags. Zones Draw no-go, speed, slope, sound and door zones. Routes Chain Waypoints into a route, with a wait at each stop. One-touch routes Start a route with a single tap. Maps Keep a map for each floor or building and switch between them.

On the robot

Onboard touchscreen

Set up and run deliveries right on the robot, with no laptop and no training.

  • Map and Waypoints: see your facility map and manage Waypoint locations visually.
  • Zones: draw no-go, speed, sound & light, slope, and automatic door zones on the map.
  • Multi-stop routes: chain Waypoints into a route, in the order your deliveries need.
  • One-touch dispatch: send C2 to any Waypoint, or start a route, with a single tap.
  • Live diagnostics: check key performance indicators and status during operation.

Zones and routes you set on the robot sync with Cloud Connect®, and back.

In your browser

Cloud Connect® analytics and support

See what your robots deliver, prove the return, and get help when you need it, all in one browser-based portal.

Cloud Connect on desktop, laptop, tablet, and phone showing navigation control and fleet analytics

Fleet analytics

Performance dashboards to spot bottlenecks and reduce downtime.

ROI reporting

Track the return on every robot, with traceable, exportable reports for audits.

Knowledge base

Setup and operating guides, right inside the portal.

Support tickets

Open and follow support requests without leaving Cloud Connect.

Zones and multi-stop routes can be edited here too; they stay in sync with each robot.

Running a fleet

Built for sites with several robots.

Cloud Connect’s fleet features coordinate robots that share aisles, floors, elevators, and buildings.

  • Exclusion zones

Areas only one robot can enter at a time, so carts never meet in tight spaces.

  • Multi-floor routes

Deliveries that span floors, with the robot switching maps as it changes floor.

  • Elevator zones

Ride elevators as part of a route. Depending on the elevator, C2 controls it directly or through Cloud Connect.

  • Building systems

Coordinate deliveries with your building management system.

  • Enterprise software

Connect deliveries to your warehouse, hospital, or laboratory management software.

  • Emergency & evacuation zones

Set how robots respond in an emergency, so evacuation routes stay clear.
