WHAT IS A RESERVATION?

A reservation gets you one step closer to owning an R2 Robot. After you make your reservation, towards the end of 2023 you will be contacted by to complete and submit your final configuration and a purchase order.

IS THE RESERVATION FEE REFUNDABLE?

Yes, your fee is refundable if you cancel your reservation prior to completing and submitting your purchase or lease order. You may cancel your reservation by contacting us at Email: reservations@quasi.ai After your cancellation request is received, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

WHO CAN I CONTACT WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT R2 ROBOT RESERVATION?

I COMPLETED R2 ROBOT RESERVATION. WHAT’S NEXT?

We will contact you when it is time to order your robot. At that time, you will complete a purchase or lease order, which confirms your order details, selected options, service contract, the final price of your robot, and estimated delivery date.

DID MY R2 ROBOT RESERVATION GO THROUGH?

If you were directed to a “Thank You” web page after submitting your reservation, then your reservation was successfully submitted. You will also receive a reservation confirmation email.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY RESERVATION ID?

Your Reservation ID can be found on the “Thank You” web page and in your reservation confirmation email. If you cannot locate it, please contact us at Email: reservations@quasi.ai

WHERE CAN I GET A COPY OF MY RESERVATION AGREEMENT?

Your reservation agreement is available and can be printed or saved at the end of the online reservation process. If you did not save or print your reservation agreement at the time you submitted your online reservation, you may contact us for a copy of your reservation agreement.

WHAT IF I HAD TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES PROCESSING MY RESERVATION REQUEST?

WHERE IS MY R2 ROBOT RESERVATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

It may take up to 24 hours to receive your R2 Robot reservation confirmation email. Check your spam.
